WBCInno project team from the University of Kragujevac has the pleasure to invite our dear colleagues, researchers and professors to participate in a two-day workshop “Building researchers’ capacities in the area of knowledge transfer, research and innovations”. The workshop will take place at the University of Kragujevac, on 11th and 12th September 2014.

Within WBCInno project, a two-day training event “Development of Science and Technology Parks and Business Incubators in Serbia through strengthening of their capacities and cooperation with universities” will be organised on 9th and 10th September 2014, in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (15 Resavska St., Belgrade, Hall 2), with the beginning at 9 o’clock.

Intermediate Report on the implementation of WBCInno project, submitted on 16 April 2014, has been approved and positively assessed. As stated in the letter received from EACEA, one of the strongest points of the project is very well organized management structure that ensures smooth and efficient coordination of all activities, which are advancing according to plans.

Within the XII International Conference ,,KODIP 2014’’ held in Budva, Montenegro from 18th to 21st June in 2014, the audience was introduced with WBCInno project and its recent results, primarily publications.

On 12th June 2014, students and researchers of the Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad visited the Faculty of Engineering and companies “FAS” and “Zastava Oruzje” in Kragujevac. During their visit to the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Vesna Mandic presented the activities of CEVIP and CTC centres, as well as the results achieved on the WBCInno project.

9th International Conference on the Occurrence, Properties and Utilization of Natural Zeolites (http://www.ktf-split.hr/zeolite2014/) was held from 8th to 13th June 2014 in Belgrade, where researchers from more than 30 countries from all over the world participated.

Within the info day of the ADRIATInn project held on 6th June 2014, the latest achievement of WBCInno project were presented.

The WBCInno team from the University of Novi Sad organized the third WBCInno Info day on 5th of June 2014. The main focus of the event was to present the results and outcomes of the project and their relevance for the local research community (university professors, researchers and students).

The Faculty of Agriculture University of Belgrade organized the Conference EU PROJECT COLLABORATIONS – CHALLENGE FOR RESEARCH IMPROVEMENT IN AGRICULTURE, from 2nd to 4th June 2014. The main topic of the Conference was to promote the importance of research in the fields of agriculture and food science, as well as enhance collaboration with international research community.

Within the WBCInno project, the University of Novi Sad will organize the Infoday on 5th June 2014. The topic of Infoday “From knowledge and research results to successful innovative endeavors” is specially targeted to university professors, researchers and PhD students.
