The WBCInno team from the University of Montenegro organized the Workshop: "Building Researchers Capacities in the Area of Knowledge Transfer, Research and Innovations". The workshop targeted teachers, researchers and students from the universies from Montenegro, but also commercial enterprises and institutions engaged in innovation and knowledge transfer. Duration of the workshop was two days.

Within WBCInno project, five Competitions for best student ideas have been launched at five universities in the WBC Region (University of Kragujevac, University of Novi Sad, University of Zenica, University of Banja Luka, and University of Montenegro). The Competitions are designed as the support to those who have good ideas and who want to develop them further into product or service, to improve their entrepreneurial and creative skills, with possibility to earn from those ideas or receive valuable rewards.

Within the preparation of local Competitions for best student ideas, Business Incubator Novi Sad and Business Incubator of Technical Faculties Belgrade organized two-day training for trainers and Competition organizers in Belgrade on 27th and 28th January 2015.

Second training was held for professors, researchers and students from the University of Novi Sad.

University of Banja Luka is a participant of the TEMPUS BIHTEK project. As part of this project are implemented pilot projects in the field of benchmarking.

At the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Kragujevac, a training for users of UKG INNO platform was organized on 25th December 2014. Apart from the presentation on the UKG INNO platform features, researchers and project associates who attended the training, had practical exercises on creating, contributing, sharing ideas, working in Groups application, running the Project application, managing the tasks and assignments, etc.

Within WBCInno project, UNZE INNO platform for management of innovations was established as the central place for nominating and developing ideas, starting projects and their management, and for cooperation among individuals and teams.

At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Banja Luka, training for users of UBL INNO platform was organized on 15th and 16th of December 2014. First day of the training (15.12.2014) was for researchers of the University of Banja Luka.

The Business Support Office of the University of Montenegro, and the representative of WBCInno project partner Intranea Solutions Vitomir Rasic, held training for users of UM INNO platform on 16.12.2014.
