Within the activities of the Tempus project “WBCInno - Modernization of WBC universities through strengthening of structures and services for knowledge transfer, research and innovation” (530213-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-RS-TEMPUS-JPHES), students who won at the best student business idea competition at the University of Banja Luka and University of Zenica visited the Technical University Graz (TU Graz), in the period from 18th to 21st of November 2015.

The Regional Final Competition for best student idea will be organized on 23rd November 2015 in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. The finalists are eleven winner teams from six local competitions held in three Western Balkan countries (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro).

Belgrade Venture Forum is the greatest investments and innovations forum in Southeast Europe. The fourth BVF was organized from 12 to 14 November 2015 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade.

Trainees from Business Incubator Novi Sad had an opportunity to learn more about development of business models. After the introductory motivational part about developing an idea into business opportunity, the trainees learned more about the Canvas method, and some practical steps in its. Moreover, participants of the training were developing their ideas into a business plan using the Canvas method.

Within visiting the Technical university of Graz (in the frame of the Tempus project „WBCInno -Modernization of WBC universities through strengthening of structures and services for knowledge transfer, research and innovation”), on Thursday, 19 November 2015, students had the opportunity to visit the „Startup Spritzer“, which gathers young entrepreneurs from Graz and the neighbouring areas (i.e. Styria).

On 3rd November 2015, the Business Support Office in Novi Sad in cooperation with the University of Novi Sad planned the training for Business incubator tenants and SMEs. The training within activity Act3.5.6 Module 6 “Technology transfer vs. technology incorporation” was organized by the University of Novi Sad team, particularly by prof. Vojin Šenk and Vesna Rašković Depalov.

The training within activity Act3.4.2 Module 2 “Building your fund raising expertise” was organized by the University of Novi Sad team, particularly by prof. Goran Stojanović. The training activities belong to Module 2: 1. Building your fund raising expertise internally or through outsourcing 2. Horizon 2020

The training within activity Act3.4.3 Module 3 “Creative problem solving” was organized by the University of Novi Sad team, particularly by prof. Vojin Šenk, on 31st October 2015. The training activities belong to Module 3: Creative problem solving.

The second Open Door Day was organized at the University of Novi Sad on October 17th, 2015. The organization of this event was engaged the University of Novi Sad, with the help of the staff of the WBCInno TEMPUS project (Business Support Office in Novi Sad).

The sixth Steering Committee Meeting within the WBCInno project was organized by the University of Novi Sad on September 17, 2015 with the aim to report on the technical and financial progress and plan the activities for the following project period.
