Training for Trainers at University of Brighton, UK

Within activity 2.6 Capacity building trainings of university staff, the members of WBCInno project team participated in the Training for Trainers. The Training was organized as a three-day event at the University of Brighton, UK, from 20^th until 22^th January 2014. The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the strategic planning process,  models of CPD (Course Program Development), open innovation as a tool for SME support and collaboration, principles of ownership of intellectual property created by staff during their course of employment and how this maps onto the WBC scenario and knowledge transfer techniques.
