NTO’s Preventive field monitoring visit to the University of Montenegro
Preventive field monitoring visit to the WBCInno partners in Montenegro was organized on October 25, 2013, at the premises of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica. The main objectives of the monitoring visit of NTO’s representative Ms. Vanja Drljević was to provide partners with advice in order to prevent potential future difficulties and obstacles, to review the objectives, priorities, methodology and planned activities, to discuss and check the applied procedures, their relevance and adequacy in particular for financial management. NTO’s Preventive field monitoring visit to the University of Banja Luka
Monitoring visit of the NTO’s representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Suad Muhibic was realized on April 23, 2014 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Banja Luka. The aim of this visit was to assess the quality of technical and financial implementation of WBCInno project at BIH partner institutions as well as to provide advice and guidance for its future successful realization. Findings and conclusions of the NTO team visit, will be presented in the form of external monitoring report that will be presented to the EACEA.
