Steering Committee meetings and reporting

  • Kick - off meeting
    The Kick-off meeting of the Tempus project WBCInno was held in Belgrade on December 18th and 19th, 2012. The representatives from 14 partner institutions attended this event, where they had an opportunity to discuss the project objectives and results, financial and technical implementation, responsibilities of project partners, etc.
  • The first Steering Committee meeting in Graz
    The representatives of universities and business incubators from WBC region visited the Graz University of Technology on 4th June 2013 within the Capacity Building Training activity. During the training, they had an opportunity to meet the representatives of Life Long Learning unit, TU Graz R&T House and Science Park Graz who presented their activities as examples of EU good practices in the area of knowledge and technology transfer.
  • The second Steering Committe meeting in Podgorica, Montenegro
    The second Steering Committee Meeting of the WBCInno project was held on 4th October 2013 at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica. The representatives of 13 partner institutions as well as Prof. Vera Marković from the University of Nis, an external expert for quality control, were present at the meeting.

  • The third Steering Committe meeting in Alicante, Spain
    The third Steering Committee meeting of the WBCInno project was held on 8th May 2014 at the University of Alicante, Spain. The participants were greeted by the representative of University of Alicante, Ms. Alexandra Mayr and the Project Coordinator Prof. Dr. Vesna Mandic. The Meeting was officially opened with the presentation of the overall progress of the WBCInno activities. After this initial presentation, WP and task leaders presented the progress made in the first 19 months in all work packages. 
  • The fourth Steering Committe meeting in Zenica, Bosnia&Herzegovina
    The fourth Steering Committee Meeting of the WBCInno project was organized at the University of Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on November 6, 2014. The purpose of the SC meeting was to inform the WBCInno Consortium on the results of both technical and financial management of the project up-to-date as well as to plan the following six months of the project implementation. The Meeting was officially opened with the presentation of the overall progress of the WBCInno activities, followed by individual presentations of achievements made at five WBC universities.

  • The fifth Steering Committee meeting in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina
    The fifth Steering Committee Meeting of the WBCInno project was organized at the University of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on April 21, 2015. The purpose of the SC meeting was to inform the WBCInno Consortium on the progress of ongoing activities. Special attention was paid on the development of the set of documents within Act2.5, elaboration of the Sustainability strategy, organization of trainings and Competition for the best student ideas. The second part of the SC meeting was dedicated to the external monitoring results, financial management and revision of the action plan for the following project period.

  • The sixth Steering Committee meeting in Novi Sad, Serbia
    The sixth Steering Committee Meeting within the WBCInno project was organized by the University of Novi Sad on September 17, 2015 with the aim to report on the technical and financial progress and plan the activities for the following project period.
    The SC Meeting was divided into two sessions. The first session included the report on realized project activities, produced results and plans for the following period, including the update of action plan. The second session was related to the financial management of the project and plans for closing the budget.

  • The seventh Steering Committee meeting in Vienna, Austria
    The seventh Steering Committee Meeting on WBCInno project was held in Vienna, in Centre for Social Innovation, on February 8 and 9, 2016. The meeting was divided into two sessions. Within the first session, all results achieved during the 40 months of project implementation were presented.
